Internet for automation & control

microCommander puts your automation solutions online with fully integrated Internet connectivity.

microCommander handles network communication for your embedded system by installing a kernel on the microcontroller or SBC. In addition to managing microCommander Components, the kernel accepts and handles connections and messages from mVisual, microCommander's visual development and control environment.

This underlying framework, provided entirely by microCommander, lets you, the developer, focus on developing your control application and the Human Machine Interface (HMI) for it.

Features

  • Fully integrated - no additional tools or programming needed

  • Lets you build and control automation applications over a network

  • Connection manager takes care of logging on to control systems

  • Built-in password protection keeps your control systems safe from unauthorized users

  • Control your automated system using GUI Visual Controls

  • Available for all microCommander-supported microcontrollers and SBCs

  • mServer gateway puts SBCs with serial connections online
microCommander takes care of connecting over the Internet using a kernel on the SBC that communicates directly with the development and control environment
